PRICING: Prices shown are subject to change without notice.
RETURNS: We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of purchase for a refund. We fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective items for full refund or exchange. In all cases of defective items, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. We are able to refund shipping and handling charges only in the case of manufacturer defects.
We will not accept returns on customized merchandise except in case of manufacturer defect.
To return an item, simply fill out the form on the back of your original packing slip. In the event that you have lost your original packing slip, please contact customer service to have a return form emailed to you. If your return is for a defective item, please contact customer service before sending back your package for a return service label. For all normal returns and exchanges, simply ship the form, along with the product you wish to exchange, to the address listed below.
Note: Returns must be sent via UPS or FedEx for verified delivery. This will ensure a tracking number for a lost or delayed package in order to verify exchanges.

BACKORDERS: We work hard to endure prompt delivery of your order. However, if for some reason a specific product is on back order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to notify you of the delay. We will give you an estimated delivery date or allow you to change your order for an item that is currently in stock.

Atlassian offers 2 versions of shipments: UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service). Any order placed within the lower 48 continental United States should be shipped via UPS and must contain a physical street address (No PO Boxes). Orders placed outside of the lower 48 continental United States will be prompted to choose either UPS or USPS shipping and will be charged accordingly.
UPS Ground: All shipping calculations are based on standard UPS zone shipping tables for International and Domestic shipments. All pricing for orders are in US dollars and must contain a valid email address and telephone number. UPS orders will not ship to a PO Box. Duties, taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the individual purchasing the goods. The duties, taxes and tariffs are NOT included in the cost of goods nor any additional shipping and handling charges that may occur. For this reason, we strongly encourage that prior to placing an order, International customers should check with their local brokerage office to see what import or customs fees they will be charged to receive their order if they elect to have it shipped UPS.
US Postal Service Ground: New USPS laws have been enforced that state all packages must be 4lbs or less to be considered for 1 flat fee of $16.99. Orders shipped via USPS will NOT receive a tracking number, or guaranteed delivery date, or product insurance. If you wish to have product insurance, guaranteed delivery date and a tracking number, please select UPS Ground for your international order.
